For our latest recording, we interview XYLK, a Toronto based artist who is making noise by making T-shirts that tap into humour and emotion. Xylk broke onto the scene in 2017 with his Frank Ocean inspired T-shirt project, “Boys Don’t Drive” that was featured on Highsnobiety. In our conversation, we talk about the genesis of his brand, his influences and what he hopes to achieve. Xylk also gives pointers for anyone looking to start a brand.
